Gregory Glover MD JD, a prominent FDA regulatory expert and registered patent attorney, founded and leads the Pharmaceutical Law Group, a Washington DC based law practice with a national presence.

Greg is known for his insightful and creative strategies at the nexus of intellectual property and FDA regulation informed by his cross-disciplinary expertise and focus on identifying, expanding, protecting, and maximizing his clients’ market opportunities.

His clients range from well-known pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to investors and private equity firms. Clients seek Greg’s expertise to enhance return on investment through integrated market exclusivity strategies based on IP laws, FDA regulations, and patent portfolio evaluations.

Greg authored Regulatory IP: Essentials of Lifecycle Management (an Amazon bestseller in three categories) and is working on his second book, Immortality, Inc., which covers his perspective on transformative medical innovations (Sutton Hart Press, 2025).
